This panel updates attendees on the current work being done by Working Group V and the results of the U.K. Insolvency Service’s consultation on the adoption of two model laws, and discusses a recent letter sent to the UNCITRAL Secretariat by a group of academics who are arguing for the abolishment of COMI.
