Pandemic Impacts on Hotels and Hospitality, DEI in Practice, Mass Tort Bankruptcies and More to Be Discussed at ABI's Bankruptcy Battleground West Conference on March 3

Alexandria, Va. —The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI’s) Bankruptcy Battleground West conference returns on March 3, with opportunities for either virtual or in-person attendance at the Maybourne Beverly Hills in Beverly Hills, Calif. The day-long conference will examine the leading issues of bankruptcy law, with a focus on the Southern California region. Included in the programming is a special “Crossfire” panel, conducted in the format of the TV show “Crossfire,” which will address key bankruptcy issues. Attendees have the opportunity to earn up to 5 hours of CLE credit, including 1.5 hours of elimination bias, or 6 hours of CPE credit with 1.5 hours of ethics. Conference co-chairs are Kyra E. Andrassy of Smiley Wang-Ekvall, LLP (Costa Mesa, Calif.) and David M. Guess of Greenberg Traurig, LLP (Irvine, Calif.). The judicial chair for the conference is Bankruptcy Judge Deborah J. Saltzman (C.D. Cal.; Los Angeles).
