Cryptocurrency Bankruptcies, Subchapter V Strategies, China's Influence on the World Economy and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2023 Annual Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Alexandria, Va. -- The American Bankruptcy Institute's (ABI) 2023 Annual Spring Meeting returns to the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C., April 20-22. ABI’s largest annual conference features timely concurrent sessions tailored for commercial and consumer practitioners. The keynote will be provided by Kenji Yoshino, the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at NYU School of Law and the director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Kenneth R. Feinberg (Washington, D.C.), who served as special master of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund and for TARP Executive Compensation, will join a panel on the role of neutrals in bankruptcy. Saturday will feature a networking luncheon with top experts providing a legislative update and outlook.
