Cryptocurrency and Bankruptcy, Lender Issues, Resolution of Investment Fraud Cases and More to Be Discussed at ABI's Bankruptcy Battleground West Conference on March 27

Alexandria, Va. —The American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI’s) Bankruptcy Battleground West conference returns on March 27 to the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif. The day-long conference will examine leading issues of bankruptcy law, with a focus on the Southern California region. Included in the programming is a special “Crossfire” panel, conducted in the format of the TV show “Crossfire,” which will address key bankruptcy issues. Conference co-chairs are Kyra E. Andrassy of Smiley Wang-Ekvall, LLP (Costa Mesa, Calif.) and Caroline R. Djang of Buchalter, PC (Irvine, Calif.). The judicial chair for the conference is Bankruptcy Judge Sandra Ruth Klein (C.D. Cal.; Los Angeles).
