ABI Presents Inaugural International Matter of the Year Award

Alexandria, Va. — ABI is proud to announce the winners of the inaugural "Matter of the Year Award" launched by ABI International Committee and presented at ABI’s Cross-Border Insolvency Program on Nov. 14. The individuals and firms involved in the In re LATAM Airlines case took the 1st Place prize for their involvement in the issues from the U.S. and other judications and displayed excellence from beginning to end, including a high level of professional expertise, creativity and/or skill necessary for the successful completion of the matter.
