William Snyder of CR3 Partners Elected to ABI's Board of Directors

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that William K. Snyder of CR3 Partners (Dallas) has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors. An ABI member since 1999, Snyder is a member of ABI’s Emerging Industries and Technology committee and has authored ABI Journal articles and spoken at ABI events. He will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors.

With executive and entrepreneurial experience spanning close to 40 years, Snyder has restructured, managed and guided a multitude of companies in a wide variety of industries. He is a broadly experienced restructuring professional who has participated in the restructuring of hundreds of companies and has acted as a fiduciary in many cases. Snyder brings a meaningful style of results-driven leadership to complex crisis situations. Prior to joining CR3 Partners, he served as a partner in several firms. Most recently, he was the Market Offering Leader for Deloitte’s Corporate Restructuring Practice in the U.S. and the Americas. Snyder is a speaker and presenter on a wide range of turnaround topics and is a fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy.
