Franklind Davis Lea Elected to ABI's Executive Committee

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that Franklind Davis Lea of Tactical Financial Consulting, LLC (Atlanta) has been elected to serve as an at-large member of ABI’s Executive Committee. An ABI member since 2004, Lea served as the education director of ABI’s Financial Advisors and Investment Banking Committee and is a frequent speaker at ABI events. He will serve a term of two years on the ABI Executive Committee.

Lea, a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Adviser, is the president of Tactical Financial Consulting and has more than 25 years of professional experience and education in complex business and financial matters. Prior to forming Tactical Financial Consulting in 2005, he was a senior lender at Textron Financial Corp. for 11 years, where he focused on specialty real estate lending and large-account workouts for real estate, equipment leasing and commercial lending. Lea’s professional experience includes roles as a commercial real estate appraiser with a national appraisal firm and various positions at First Florida Bank, including vice president of commercial lending and regional commercial credit manager. He is also a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the Turnaround Management Association, and is an affiliate member of both the CFA Institute and the Appraisal Institute. Lea received his M.B.A. in 1987 from Florida State University and his Master’s degree in 1994 in real estate and urban analysis from the University of Florida.
