Ariane Holtschlag of FactorLaw Elected to ABI's Board of Directors

Alexandria, Va. — The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) announces that Ariane Holtschlag of FactorLaw (Chicago) has been elected to ABI’s Board of Directors. An ABI member since 2008, Holtschlag served on ABI’s Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy, was a member of ABI’s inaugural “40 under 40” class, served as Education Director of ABI’s Consumer Bankruptcy Committee, has been a speaker at ABI events and has authored a number of ABI Journal articles. She will serve a term of three years on the 60-member ABI Board of Directors.

Holtschlag is an associate attorney with the Law Office of William J. Factor, Ltd. in Chicago, where her practice is focused primarily in the field of consumer bankruptcy and is equally divided among representing trustees, debtors and creditors in chapters 7 and 13. She also represents individuals and small businesses in chapter 11. Holtschlag obtained her undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2004 and her J.D. from the University of Iowa in 2007.
