Lindsay Pomeroy, one of only 369 Masters of Wine in the world (there are 45 in the U.S.), will guide us through how food-and-wine-pairings really work. Going far beyond the old reds with red meat and whites with fish, Lindsay will discuss how to select the very best wines for your occasion, and why thoughtful pairings are so important. And she makes it easy!
For the event, renowned Chef Mikel Anthony will prepare a dish (recipe will be included with the wine shipment) and share how a wine can inspire him when he is creating new dishes. Lindsay will share her thoughts from a wine perspective and guide us through how food/wine-pairing can elevate the dish on our palate.
